Downtown Living Tour

The Downtown Living Tour has always been an effective event that markets the uniqueness and diversity of residential units in downtown. The tour offers something for everyone, from young professionals and empty nesters looking to live downtown, as well as architectural students and those interested in historic preservation, interior design, and urban living.

The 10th Anniversary Edition of the Downtown Living Tour promises to showcase the most-talked about, and most-anticipated spaces to come online in 2016. You'll walk through ten tour stops – occupied and available units – throughout Armory Square, Clinton Square, the Convention District, the Heart of Downtown, as well as a burgeoning new neighborhood known as Herald Square. Plus, for the first time in Living Tour history, the Downtown Committee is presenting two bonus stops, falling just outside of Downtown’s borders.

The Downtown Living Tour is presented by the Downtown Committee of Syracuse, Inc., a private, not-for-profit, professional downtown management organization, representing all property owners and tenants within the central business district. It is the hope of the Downtown Committee that the Downtown Living Tour builds awareness of the importance of residential development as a key element in a vibrant and successful downtown, as well as increases awareness of the revitalization taking place in Downtown Syracuse.
